Vaulta
A downloadable game for Windows
Point-and-click adventure 3D puzzle game. Explore an island full of mystery and story to uncover. Find a way off of the island by completing the many puzzles located on it
Inspired by the Myst series, this technical prototype sees the point-and-click puzzle genre set in a 3D environment, made in Unreal Engine 4.
Mechanics, island landscape, UI/graphics, puzzle models and audio made by me. Quixel Megascans assets were used for foliage, trees, rocks and terrain textures (grass, rock, sand and wood).

Nice! Always good to see more beautiful games like this.
If you ever have need of textures on future projects, check this out.I have some massive texture packs and some games in development too.
And yes, some of those projects draw inspiration from the Myst type of design like yours. :)
One quick question, once realigning the pipes, does the pump do something? Does the pressure rise or is there something else that needs to be done?
Thanks for playing! The pump is a 2-part puzzle and rotating those pipes is the first part. You also need to provide power to the pump before it can do anything. The turret in the centre of the island is what powers the puzzles but the turret must also be powered! This is done by aligning the offshore light refractors to the turret, then you can start powering things.
Ah, thank you for confirming that, yeah, I checked the gameplay video on YouTube after an hour and a half of playing and, I had a hunch those light refractors need to be aligned but spent 40+ minutes on that second one and just couldn't get it right. You can't win them all, still made for a nice post on Locals . :)
Maybe one day I'll open that vault. It's a cool project even not getting to the end. :)
Thank you for your time! :) I'm glad you enjoyed it! I appreciate you spreading word of it. Have a nice day :)
